The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board will meet Monday, June 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. The meeting will consist of
general business and a tour of parks and facilities. The tour will begin and end at Osage Centre.

a) Approval of May 11, 2026 Minutes

a) Facility/ Park Tour
1) 5:30 pm Load Vans and Depart from the Osage Centre
2) 5:40 — 6:00 pm Tour Youth Sports Complex
3) 6:05 — 6:20 pm Tour Cape LaCroix Recreation Trail
4) 6:25 — 6:40 pm Tour Shawnee Park Center
5) 6:50 — 7:10 pm Tour Cape Aquatic Center
6) 7:20 — 7:45 pm Tour the Sportsplex
7) 8:00 pm Arrive at the Osage Centre
4. Other Business
a) Next Board Meeting —Monday July 13, 2026, 5:30 pm at the Osage Centre Room 1A
5. Adjournment
The Park and Recreation Advisory Board of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may, as apart of the regular or special Park and Recreation
Advisory Board meeting, hold a closed session to discuss legal action, causes of legal action of litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real
estate, hiring, firing, disciplining, promotion of personnel or employee labor relations, or confidential or privileged communications with its
attorneys.
