Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Tax Increment Financing Commission
of City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, will be held at the above time and place to consider
and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may
be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.

3. Acceptance of agenda
4. Review minutes from October 8, 2015 meeting
5. Review and discuss the revised TIF Redevelopment Plan and Review draft
resolution
6. Discuss schedule of events
7. Next Meeting of the Commission and Redevelopment Plan Public Hearing,
Thursday, October 29, 2015 at 6:00 p.m., Osage Community Center
8. Any other business
9. Adjourn
The meeting will be open to the public. Any member of the public may observe and attend
the public meeting at the location identified above.
