Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Tax Increment Financing Commission
of City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, will be held at the above time and place to consider
and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may
be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.

5. Review minutes from September 10, 2015 meeting
6. Review and discuss the TIF Redevelopment Plan and review draft
resolution
