Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Tax Increment Financing Commission
of City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, will be held at the above time and place to consider
and act upon the matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may
be presented at the meeting and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.

2. Introduce members
3. Explain Tax Increment Financing
4. Discuss role of Tax Increment Financing Commission
5. Elect officers
• Chairperson
• Vice Chairperson
6. Appoint City Clerk as Custodian of Records
7. Adopt Robert’s Rules of Order
8. Discuss the proposed Redevelopment Area for the Downtown Tax
Increment Financing District
9. Discuss preliminary schedule of events
