Public notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Tax Increment Financing Commission of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, will be held at the above time and place to consider and act upon the
matters on the following tentative agenda and such other matters as may be presented at the meeting
and determined to be appropriate for discussion at that time.

5. Review and discuss the redevelopment plan, blight study and cost-benefit analysis

The meeting will be open to the public. Any member of the public may observe and attend the public
