Meeting was called to order by President Wayne Rust, 7:30 P. M, at the First Federal Savings & Loan Association building, Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
First business at hand was a discussion relative to the rezoning of a plot of ground owned by J.P. Redwine in the north end of town. Motion was made by Ned Moore, seconded by Barrett Walker that we rezoned this to a "J"t classification subject to the following. For safety a fence be built around all of the tanks and a levee high waough to contain five times the storage of all tanks combined and that this be in place before the tanks are used.
Being no further business meeting was adjourned.
