Meeting was called to order by President, Wayne Rust, at the First
Federal Building, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, January 14, 1959.
First business was the matter of reclassifying a strip of ground
Being a part of Lots 21,22, and 23 of Popp's Subdivision of out
Lot 58, USPS 2199 in the City and County of Cape Girardeau,, M0,4,
from its present classification of 11E and F11 to "J". Motion was
made by Paul R. Williams and seconded by Nelson Moorg, motion
carried.
Next up for discussion was a plat submitted by Cape Realty Company
of a Parcel of ground immediately West of Dennis Scivally Park,
After thorough examination and finding that all requirements were
met, it was moved by Nelson Moore, and seconded by Anderson Jones
that we recommend that this plat on Crestwood Addition be accepted
as presented.
Being no further business, the meeting was adjourned.
