September 12, 1956
Meeting was called to order by President Wayne Rust at the Pirst Federal,
Building, Cape Pirardeau, Missouri, September 12, 1956.
The first business at hand was as study of a plat submitted by Fred A.
Groves, for the Kroves Second Subdivision to the City of Cape Cirardeau.
After maYing as thorough study of this p3at we find the easements were
not of proper widtb. The Secretary tberefore was instructed to contact
the Engineer and have these easements noted on the plat in proper widths.
The second plat submitted for consideration was the plat submitted by
the Daltons, for Dalton' s Subidiviion to the City of Cape lirardeau.
There again we found that the easements were not of proper width and
again the Secretary was instructed to contact the Engineer and have
the easements noted in proper width.
Being no further business brought before the City Planning and Zoning
Commission, meeting was adjourned until our regularly appointed meeting
wbich will he in October)11956.
