MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE CITY PLANNING & ZONING C0*11SSION
APRIL 110 1956
Meeting was called to order by Vice President William G. Maier,
at 7:30 P, M., at the 1st Federal Savings & Loan Building, Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
First business at hand was a to of a plat submitted by Narvol
A. Randol for approval, The proposed subdivision included all the
necessary easements and proper street widths. Motion was made by
Thomas L. Meyer that plat be approved as submitted. This motion
was seconded by Charles Coffer. Motion carried.
Following this motion, the Planning and Zoning Commission discussed
the possible rezoning of all properties along the Railroad right
of way,,, South of Independence. It was decided to have the City
Council write a legal description of the proposed property, before
we take any further action.
Being no further business at handA meeting was adjourned until
our next duly appointed meeting,
