CITY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
Meeting was called to order by President Wayne Rust ot'-'7:30 P. M., Chamber
of Commerce Building, Cape 6irardeau, Missouri.
The second business
at hand
was the reading of
a request from Burton J.
Gerhardt asking that
the property
he owns South
of the Railroad right of
way be rezoned from
I to J.
The Commission also recommended that all the
property East of the
Chamber
of Commerce tract be rezoned from "I", to "'J".
Motion was made by Thomas
L.
Meyer to rezone as
above recommended, this
motion was seconded
by Paul
R. Williams, motion
carried.
After this there was a discussion relative to easements for the Missouri
Utilities a d--T-elephone Company, after sideable discussion it was decided
to table ;conr
