']}he meeting was ·called to order by President 'Wayne Rust, at the Pi! B'6 Feee:ral :aa:~~ Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
At that time, the letter was road from the Board of Education of Cape Girardeau School District Number 63, asking that all of lots fifty {50), and fifty-one(51) in range A, of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri be res:oned from Class A, to a Class E Co:mmereial. Class A being a residential section. After considerable a:tscussion pro and con, it was· decided that this matter be tabled until the following weok or our next regular meeting. Motion was made by Marty Hecht, and seconded by Charles Coffer, no questions, all voted in favor of tabling this matter until a future date.
No other business came before the commission, meeting was adjourned, until September 8, 1954.
