Meeting uas called to order nt 7: 00 P .N. by President 1;Jayne Rust. The minutes
of the previous meeting were read and ap!Jroved. There were six ( 6) :ri.enbers pre-
sent ot this me etine;.
The first and only order of business at hand uas a reauest for rezoning a piece
of property on Independence Street more fully described as Lot #39 in Rage 11 C11
in the City of Cape Girardeau, E5_ssour:t. After cmrniderable discussion and a
count of the nanes on the 800 block of Indenendence protested in the form of a
petition the rezoning of the above named property. A motion was made b~-Hi1Ji8m
G. Maier c1nd second by Paul Hillians that the property not be rezoned. President
Wayne Rust then ~alled for a vote and there were six (§) against rezoning and none
for it.
