City Planning and Zoning Commission
Meeting was called to orcer at 7:15 P.M. by William G. Maier, Vice President.
(We continued the meeting in the absents of Wayne Rust, LLresidant.)
The business at hand was a request for rezoning'. This request was submitted
by Dr. Paul G. Wolff and the property in question is located at the southeast
corner of Broadway and. Sunset Blvd. The writer stated that at present it is
classifies as resident district and it is his wish that the City Planning and
Zonning Commission would recors^end this lot to be -rezoned so that it could be
usedd for cone ercial purposes. After the discussion a motion was made by Paul
Williams that this property be rezoned as requested by Dr. `''olff providing that
there is absolute agreement among -the neighbors to the type of building that is
proposed by Dr. Wolff. This motion was second b-

(6) mer bers present and all six- (6) members voted in favor of the rezoning.
