Discussion: relating to Hertz and National Car Rental Agencies concerning
lease payments. They are now charged 10% gross. Asking for 10% of first
$6,000 ;er month and 5% of gross over that amount.
i�!otion by Patterson that we ;nove that new lease be $500 per month plus
S�o of revenue generated by time and milage on the excess over $5,000 per
month. Seconded by Tn�3n Co1e. Motion passed by the Bca�rd.
M��tion by Truman Cole that we approve the plans as presented, subject to
Co�mcil approval, for 36' x 48' b�lding for a wash building at the Air-
port, with lease fees being in accordance to what recent fees charged for
recent fees charged for recent leases. Seconded by Glen Reeves. Motion
passed.
Motion by Reeves that icm�ediate action be taken to correct errors in
restrcoms, restaurant door arld front door as contract let for the terminal
building be executed as soon as possible. Seconded by Iaave Pa�terson.
Motion passed.
