AIRPORT BOARD

Present: Paul Miles, President Robert Gass, Director of Aviation

Motion by Tn.unan Co1e: 'I'hat plans be submitted by Jim Eakin, National Car
Rental, for building of a wash building. And plans be presented to the
Board at a latter Board meeting, of specifics; as to type, elevations, �
and the possible sites. Subject to approval of this Board. Second made
by Jerry McClanahan. Passed unanimously.
Suggestion was made to review leases with Car Rental Agencies. With complete
profit and losses for two years and also comparing with three other airports
comparible to Cape Municipal Airport. So the Board may be able to make a
decision.
Motion by Jerry McClanahan: That City Council be advised that sidewalk in
front and side of Cape Central ar,d in front of terminal building, is in bad
shape and needs to be replaced. Not only cosmetically , but has possible
dangers. Needs irrmediate attention. Secor.d made by Truman Cole. Passed
unanimously.
