The Airport Advisory Board met at the Arena Building on July 31, 1984
at 7:30 p.m. Discussian of this meeting was solely on the paractrute
jumping at the Cape Girardeau Municipal Airport.
Motion made by Tnunan Cole: That the Airport Board mak,e a recommendation
to Cape Girardeau City Council that spot parachute ju�ing be allowed at
the Cape Municipal Airport. Tt�e junping would be subject to 100'/o compliance
with the proposed minimun staridards by each individual involved therein,
by the group or club as an organization and by each and every pilot and
aircraft that might be involved therein, with total compliance there stated
above Cape Girardeau Advisory Board sanctions this activity. Seconded
by Jerry McClanahan. Passed unanimausly.
