lst Grant
Jeff Hancock reported that Taxiway C has been approved by F. A. A. All
bill are paid with the exception of maybe the electrical for l:ighting.
2nd Grant
To provide handicapped facilities in terminal, instali 8' windcones on
Runway 28, strengthen overlay of South 2-20 and update airport layout plan
being done by Booker and Associates.
3rd Grant
Elimination of drainage problem would enhance safety of larger aircraft.
4th Grant
Last remaining garallel taxiway to Runway 10.
5th Grant
Land acquisition of 4 acres between highway right of way and presently
owned clear zone.
Approximately $800,000 worth of projects all been approved of which our
part will be around $80,000, all to be done in 1984.
Discussion of future improvement of the airport.
hlotion by Jerry hlcClanahan: That a feasibility study be done inquiring
of need of renovation or building a new terminal building �omewhere in near
future. Second by Truman Cole Passed unanimously.
Two other items of other interest in near future of a new entrance and
access road from the south near Scott City and beautification of grounds at
Airport

RE: Meeting held on January 12, 1984
Motion made by Jerry McClanahan that a feasibility study be done inquiring
of need of renovation or building a new terminal building shomewhere .in the
near future. Second by Truman Cole. Passed unanimously.
