Motion by Truman Cole that we dispense with reading of minutes .

Motion by Truman Cole that we accept letter by Connie Schaper .
Seconded by Glenn Reeves . Motion passed .
Motion by Glenn Ree �- es that this Board has been meeting monthly
and with the diverse interests of these Board Members ove. r the
past years it has been impossible to set aside one particular
date . We usually have to poll members of times and generally
have one week notice . And will be happy to notify the City Council
laison with the same notice as members have . � econded by
