Meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. at the Arena Building on March 31, 1982.
Discussion of City Ordiances with City Manager, Gary Eide. New Charter Form
of Government goes into effect April 12th and new council to meet with the
Airport Advisory Board within 30 days.
Discussion of leases f ollowed: Air Illinois lease foilow up of Ozarks.
$100.00 � or 2% of gross receipts for Air Auction- standard lease.
$200.00 & or 2% of gross receipts for Gelco Courier SErvice-standard lease.
Copies shall be sent to all Board Members. Motion made by Dave Patterson '
that Board approve all three of these leases. Second by Truman Cole. Motion
passed.
Automatic Terminal Service with FAA Flight Ssrvice Station hearing will be in
St. Louis on April 26, 1982. Representative from the City and Chamber will
be represented there.
Next meeting set for 7:30 a.m. , April 29, 1982 at the Airport. Meeting with
the City Council set for 7:30 p.m. May 26, 1982.
