A meeting of the Airport Advisory Board was held on Wednesday, February
4th at 7:00 p.m. Present were:
Paul Miles Chairman
Jerry McClanahan Secretary
Truman Cole
Glen Reeves
Robert Gass � Director of Aviation
In reviewing Drury's Plans for the hanger it is the feeling of the board
that the south elevations of the building have steel face with blue
or white.
A motion was made by Gleen Reeves that a request of Paula Iiodge wo use a portion �
of the resturant for office space be granted. Seconded by Truman Cole.
Motion passed.
A Motion was made by Truman Cole that off field operations having a lease with the
City, will make monthly reports of �ross income and be reviewed by this
board and t11e City Council on an annual basis as follows.F'ees for off
Field Operations, plus lease with the Cit,y�including ins�.�rance.
Definitions of Aeronautical Activities:
1. Charter Operations - non scheduled �500.00 per month
2• Pilot Trainin� 150.Op per month
3. Aircraft Rental 100.00 per montli
4. Aerial Photography F Sight Seeing not applicable
5• Crop Dusting, Aaricultural Application 100.00 per year
6. Aerial Advertising & Surveying not applicable
7. Air Carrier Operation not applicable
8. Aircraft Sales s Service must be under lease
9• Sales of Aviation Petroleum Products must be tander lease �
10. Repair & M1laintenance of Aircraft
� sales of parts 150.00 per year
11 . Any other activities which become in
direct relation�hip to the operations
of aircraft 50.00 per year

A motion was made by Jerry �1cClanahan to enact as an ordinar.ce tlie following;
It shall be unlawfial for any commercial Aeronautical activities, or
commercial non aeronautical activ� ties, to be on or from the Cape Girardeau
�9unicipal Airport without a lease a�reement with the City of Cape Girardeau.
Seconded bv T'ruman Cole. Piotion passed.
A motion was made by Jerry ry]cClanahan that the b9inimum Standards include
the follawin�.
Land Rental shall be .03� per square foot, divided by 12 f'or monthly
rental and shall be adjusted every three years at thc rate of 'z of a
percentage increase in the price of the average value of land, as
published by the Missouri Department of Agriculture in the Missouri
Farm Facts, for the preceeding three year period ( 1979 values shown
as �816.00 per acre as a bench mark)
