� The purpose of the meeting was to review Minirium Standards,
consider ordinances .and set fees for leases in accordance
with F.A.A. recommendations.
PROPOSAL •
1. It shall be unlawful for any commercial Aeronautical activities
to be on or from the Cape Girardeau Municipal tlirport wihtout a
lease agreement with the City of Cape Girardeau.
2. It shall be unlawful for any commercial non aeronautical
activities to be upon the Cape Girardeau 1�4unici.pal Airport property
without a lease agreement witli the City of Cape Girardeau.
F.B.O. Ieases with the City of Cape Girardeau will cover all, or
part of aeronautical activities.
Fees for off Fi.eld Operations, plus lease with the City including
insurance.

2. Charter Operations — non scheduled $500.00 per month
2. Pilot Training 150.00 per month
3. Aireraft Rental � 100.00 per month
4. Aeri.al Photography & Sight Seeing not applicable
� 5. Crop Dusting, Agricultural Application 100.00 per year
6. Aerial Advertising & Surveying not applicable
, 7. Air Carrier Operation not applicable
8. Aircraft Sales & Service must be under lease
9. S�les of Aviation Petroleum Products must be under lease
10. Repair & Maintenance of Ai_rcraft
& sales of parts 150.00 per year

PROPOSAL
Flight Instructions:
1. With lease on the Airport. Lease agreement will spell out
operations, rules, regulations and fees.
2. � Operations on airport without space on airport, will be
charged a fee of $150.00 per month and will have a lease
with the City of Cape Girardeau
PROPOSAL
Lease of land to be .03 cents per square foot per year for a
period of 20 years; �with option of additional 5 years. At time
of expiration of lease, the structure shall be removed at
lessee's expence, if not accepted by the City. Rental price of the
land to be reviewed every 3 years at a rate reflecting percentage
of 50% change of price of Missouri Farm Facts published by
Missouri Department of Agriculture. Average value of land and
buildings per acre. Using 1980 as a benchmark. This is
publisheci in March, for prior year. Pri.ce for 1979 average is now ��
$816.00 per acre.
Minimum Standards were gone through and phrase license talcen out and
reworded.
