Dave Patterson

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Miles.
John Farquhar and John Farquhar, Jr. presented tentative lease
aggreement for purpose of constructing a building to house an engine
overhaul facility.
General discussion by Board and various recommendations relative
to inf ormation are required by Council before approval can be obtained.
Board's reaction was favorable and Board requests detailed infor-
mation be submitted f or final consideration.
Motion made by Patterson and Board approved plans and specifica-
tions for new airport sign and recommended City proceed at once to
construct new sign. Seconded by Grisham. Motion carried.
Moved by Grisham to construct second story on terminal building
and move FAA facility upstairs and make addition on west side of
waiting room in accordance w ith tentative building plans submitted
by Robert Gass. Seconded by Patterson. Motion carried.
Motion by Cole for City to demolish both wooden hangars at once.
Seconded by Patterson. Motion carried.
Motion by Grisham to make space formerly occupied by Sky Mart �
available for rental to suitable tenant. Seconded by Patterson. Motion
carried.
Motion made by Miles that grading and paving on new parking area
be expedited. Seconded by Pattersan. Motion carried.
There being no further business, motion by Grisham to adjourn.
Seconded by Patterson. Motion carried.
