Mission: The mission of the Cape Girardeau Public Library is to be the community's first choice, for information -
gathering experiences through social interaction, programming, technology, and the written word for all ages.

President. Each speaker is allowed 3 minutes and they must sign in prior to the start of the
meeting. Total time for all comments is 15 minutes.
