The meeting was called to order at 12:06 PM.
I. OLD BUSINESS
A. Cape Aviation Facility Rehab. — Phillip Smith presented final plans for the FBO Rehab.
Project, along with examples for carpet,paint colors,countertops,etc. The Board agreed on the
color scheme that was presented.
B. Discussion Regarding Airline Service and EAS Proposals— Mr. Loy stated that RegionsAir
has been grounded by the FAA due to training discrepancies; however, after speaking with
Regions employees,there is more to the story. Mr. Loy informed the Board that we have been
-- told---that-regular employees--have--been -re-leased- -immediately -and- management has -been
furloughed until further notice. Also,all passengers with existing tickets are now on there own
in finding transportation to St. Louis. According to Mr. Loy, it is believed that Great Lakes
Airlines will be able to make an easy transition into the airports where RegionsAir was serving,
giving them the ability to start service sooner than Big Sky Airlines.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:00 p.m.
