Call to order.
1. Approval of minutes from July 16, 1997 meeting.
2. Request by Wayne and Carolyn Nenninger to amend the designation of the Briney
House, 25 N. Fountain, by changing the name to the Nenninger House.
3. Submittal of Sunset Area Survey by Dr. Stephen Hoffman, Southeast Missouri State
University.
4. Request by the City of Cape Girardeau for an environmental clearance on an Emergency
Shelter Grant project for the Safe House for Women.
5. Discussion on the 1998 state grant application. Review of proposals.
6. Update on organizational meeting for the 1998 state preservation conference.
7. Review of improvement plans for Perryville Road (section within 185 feet and in front
of Hanover Lutheran Church)
