ADJOURNMENT The Park and Recreation Advisory Board of the Ciry of Cape Girardeau,Missouri,may,as a part of the regular or special Park and Recreation Advisory Board meeting,hold a closed session to discuss legal action,causes of legal action of litigation,leasing,purchasing or sale of real estate,hiring,firing,disciplining,promotion of personnel or employee labor relations,or confidential or privileged communications with its attorneys..
