NOTE: Public hearings on rezoning and special use permit requests recommended for approval by the
Planning & Zoning Commission tonight will be held at the City Council meeting on Monday,
June 5, 2023. Rezoning and special use permit requests recommended for denial tonight will be
referred to the City Council at its meeting on Monday, May 15, 2023.
Subdivision plats recommended for ap rn oval or denial by the Planning & Zoning Commission
tonight will be presented to the City Council at its meeting on Monday, May 15, 2023, unless
there are outstanding staff review comments.
Development Code exception requests are decided by the Planning & Zoning Commission.
They do not go on to the City Council.
