President. Each speaker is allowed 3 minutes andthey must sign in prior to the start of the
meeting.

(1) Change wording from faxed to emailed
(2) Add wording to specify that a proxy can only be given, to another
trustee
3. Library Manual.: (ACTION ITEMS)
a) Social Media: removal wording referencing employee use of social
media
b) Computer, Internet Access, & Safety Policy: No changes
c) Gift Policy: Cleans up language to reflect practice
d) Bulletin Board Policy: Change wording from distributed to posted
