To whom it may concern:
Please note that the Cape Girardeau Public Library Director serves as our custodian of records
as required by the State of Missouri.
While the City of Cape Girardeau has previously been handling the process of posting the
public notice for our agendas and hosting electronic copies of our minutes and agendas on
their website, we will take over that process starting January 1", 2023.
We thank the City of Cape Girardeau for doing this in the past and appreciate their willingness
to share any electronic files pertaining to the Cape Girardeau Public Library.
