recognized by the President. Each speaker is allowed 5 minutes and must state
his/her name and address for the record The timer will buzz at the end of the
speaker's time.

i. Changes highlighted in yellow. Proposed changes add
additional rules for exhibitors pertaining to duration of the
event and consequences of not following the rules.
b. Personnel Manual: Employment PracticesACTION ITEM
i. Removal highlighted in yellow. Removal of sentence to make
language fall in line with current practices.
