vote on the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and 0 in opposition.
8. That the Melrose Place VI record plat be recommended for conditional approval. The
vote on the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and 0 in opposition.
9. That the North Pointe Center revised preliminary plat be recommended for approval. The
vote on the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and 0 in opposition.
10. That the North Pointe Center Second Addition record plat be recommended for approval.
The vote on the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and 0 in opposition.
Kent Bratton, City Planner,presented the proposed widening of Mt. Auburn Road
between William Street and Bloomfield Road. The Commission voted to accept the plans with a
motion by Harry Rediger and second by R. J. McKinney. The motion was approved by a vote of
9 in favor and 0 in opposition.
+ Doug Leslie, City Manager, and Heather Brooks, Assistant to the City Manager, gave a
����"'� presentation on TTF-3.
Josh Richardson, City Engineer, was introduced to the Commission and gave an update
on progress of the improvements to Water Street.
