1. Request of the City of Cape Girardeau to rezone the property located to the west of
Spartech Plastics and east of Optimist Drive from the R-1 (Single Family Suburban
Residential) District to the M-2 (Heavy Manufacturing) District (Ward 5).

� NOTE: The Public Hearing before City Council on Rezoning and Special Use Permit
applications APPROVED by the Planning and Zoning Commission will be held on Tuesday,
September 7,2010. DISAPPROVED applications will be referred to the City Council on
Monday,August 16,2010.
