1. Request of IOC (Isle of Capri}-Cape Girardeau, LLC to rezone approximately 23 acres
located in the 800 block of North Spanish Street from the M-1 (Light Manufacturing)
District, the R-2 (Single Family Urban Residential) District, the R-4 (Medium Density
� Multi Family Residential) District, and the CBD (Central Business) District to the PD
(Planned Development) District(Ward 1).
2. Request of the City of Cape Girardeau to rezone the property located at 225, 226, 229,
230, and 234 N. Sprigg Street,and 625, and 701 Bellevue from the RUMD (Residential
Urban Mixed Density) District to the CBD (Central Business) District(Ward 2).
