I. Approval of minutes of the last meeting II. Public Comments-Individuals who wish to make comments must be first recognized by the President.Each speaker is allowed 3 minutes and they must sign in prior to the start of the meeting. III. Library Policy—ACTION Item a) Volunteer policy—grammatical changes and amending section about volunteers driving personal vehicles b) Meeting room policy—grammatical changes and removal of reference to how far in advance rooms can be booked c) Digital video surveillance policy—grammatical changes and amending length of time recordings are stored 3.
