The Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, may, as a part of a regular
meeting or a special meeting, hold a closed session in the City Council Chambers to discuss legal actions,
causes of legal action or litigation, leasing, purchasing or sale of real estate, or confidential or privileged
communication with its attomeys,pursuant to RSMo. Sections 610.021 (1)and 610.021 (2).

NOTE: Public hearings on Rezoning and Special Use Permit applications recommended far APPROVAL
by the Planning&Zoning Commission tonight will be held at the City Council meeting on
Monday,December 3,2018. Rezoning and Special Use Pernut applications recommended for
DENIAL tonight will be referred to the City Council at its meeting on Monday,November 19,
2018.
Subdivision Plat applications which are recommended for approval or denial by the Planning &
Zoning Commission tonight will be presented to the City Council at its meeting on Monday,
November 19,2018,unless there are outstanding staff review comments.
Development Code Exception applications are decided by the Planning&Zoning Comxnission.They
do not go on to the City Council.
