� special use permit for an existing cellular communications tower located on
� � Lot 3 of Silver Springs First Subdivision in a C-2 Commercial zone be

� � recommended for approval. (A Special Use Permit was issued to SBA `
� Properties, Inc. for the tower by Ordinance No. 2732, adopted on May 15, !
� � 2000. The tower is being sold to AAT Communications Corporation.) The
� vote on the motion to approve the request was 8 in favor and 0 in �
� � opposition. No citizens appeared regarding this request. �
