Commercial District, be recommended for approval. The vote on the
motion to approve the request was 9 in favor and none in opposition.
There was one citizen there with comments about the request.
4. That the preliminary plat of DSW Independence Subdivision No. 1 be !
approved contingent on items indicated in the staff review letter being �
� resolved prior to forwarding the plat to City Council. The vote on the
' 'zt ' motion to approve the plat was 8 in favor and 1 in opposition. There

� were no citizens present in opposition to this development.

5. That proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance, Section 30-39 (d), regarding
placement of manufactured business units, or modular units approved by the State of
Missouri, for temporary office classroom or storage purposes during construction or
remodeling of a main hospital or school building in any district be recommended for
approval. The vote on the motion to approve the amendment was 8 in favor with 1
abstention.
