Permit for a child care center at 825 South Ellis Street in an R-3, Two-Family Residential
District, be recommended for approval. The center will be located in an existing
commercial structure. The vote on the motion to approve the request was 11 in favor and
none in opposition. There were no citizens present in opposition to this request.
6. That the preliminary plat of Rock Creek Meadows Subdivision be recommended for
approval. T'he vote on the motion to approve the plat was 11 in favor and none in
opposition. There were no citizens present in opposition to this development.
