�l � 1. That the request of Jacqueline R. Ahrens for a Special Use Permit for an 1
��1� �j ; i office at 911 North Missouri Avenue in an R-3, Two-Family Residential

� r, District, be recommended for approval. The vote on the motion to I
�y � approve the request was 11 in favor and none in opposition. There were '
; t� � no citizens present in opposition to this request. I

� 2. That the request of Maple United Methodist Church for a Special Use
� Permit for a sign at 2441 Jean Ann Drive in an R-1, Single Family
��
Residential District, be recommended for approval. The vote on the
*� ; motion to approve the request was 11 in favor and none in opposition.
� There were no citizens present in opposition to this request.

� 3. That the request of P &J Marketing, L.L.C. for a Special Use Permit for
� a parking lot on the southwest corner of Emerald Street and Frederick
� Street in an R-4, Multiple Family Residential District, be recommended
for approval. The vote on the motion to approve the request was 11 in
favor and none in opposition.
4. That the request of James and Michaele Riley to rezone 300 North Main
Street from M-2, Heavy Industrial District, to C-3, Central Business
District, be recommended for approval. The vote on the motion to �
approve the request was 11 in favor and none in opposition. There were �
no citizens present in opposition to this request. �

� In other action, Chairman Rediger appointed Charles Haubold, Glenn
;� Smallwood, and John Eaton to a Sewer Lateral System Investigation and Plan
�j Committee. The committee set a date of Thursday, November 21, 2002, for
� their first meeting.

The Commission also reviewed and discussed street projects for the Transportation
Section of the 2003-2008 Capital Improvements Program.
Kent Bratton, City Planner, discussed a status report on the TTF-1 projects.
The Commission changed the day and time of their winter van rides to 3:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, the day of the meeting.
