7. That the record plat of Kinder Lynwood Subdivision be approved. The vote on the
motion to approve the plat was 8 in favor and none in opposition. There were no citizens
present in opposition to this development.

10. After a presentation on the Future Facilities Plan and Parks and Recreation Master Plan at
the February meeting, the Commission voted to support these plans. The vote on the
