8. That the record plat of Hazelwood Subdivision be approved. The vote on the motion to
approve the plat was 9 in favor and none in opposition. No citizens were present in
opposition to this development.
Ken Eftink and Martha Brown made a presentation to the Commission on Floodplain
Management within the City and proposed changes to the ardinance governing floodplains.
After public meetings are held with various groups, the Commission will review a final version
of the proposed changes to the Floodplain Management Ordinance.
� The Commission also received information from the Missouri Department of
Transportation regarding access management on state routes. A tentative date of July 11, 2000,
was set to hear a presentation about access management by MoDOT.
