5. That the record plat of Kammann Randol Subdivision be approved, with the stipulation
that technical corrections required be made. The vote on the motion to approve the plat
was 8 in favor and none in opposition, with 1 abstention. No citizens were present in
opposition to this development.
6. That the request of West Cape Development for a variance to the street width of
Shamrock Circle from 30 feet to 36 feet in Crites 10`h Addition and from 40 feet to 36
feet in Crites 11`h Addition be approved. The vote on the motion to approve the request
was 9 in favor and none in opposition. No citizens were present in opposition to this
request.
Kent Bratton and Melanie Gertis made a presentation to the Commission on the
Transportation Trust Fund 2 Program. The election for extending the tax for this program is to
be on August g`n
