6. The Commission reviewed an alternate site plan for mini-storage units at 327 South
Lorimier Street requested by Larry W. Stone. The Commission reviewed a site plan at
the July meeting and recommended disapproval of the request. After reviewing the
alternate site plan, the Commission recommended disapproval of the alternate site plan.
The vote on the motion to approve this plan was 0 in favor and 8 in opposition. The
Commissioners felt their findings for recommending disapproval of the plan were the
same as their previous recommendation, plus additional units are included that would
encroach into the required front and rear yards.
