'"� �; motion to approve the request was 8 in favor and none in opposition, with 1

abstention.

� � 2. That the request of Glynn and Denise Robison for a Special Use Permit for an
� insurance agency office with a 5 foot by 8 foot lighted sign at 1�11 Bloomfield

Street in an R-2, Single Family Residential District, be recommended for
� *�++: disapproval. The vote on the motion to approve the request was none in favor �

; � ; and 9 in opposition. The Commission felt this request would have an adverse
� impact on the neighborhood since it is entirely residential,the applicant requested
' > a large lighted sign, there would be an increase in traffic in the neighborhood,

3. That the record plat of Aquamsi Bluff Townhouses be approved. The vote on

� the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and none in opposition.
� > `. 4. 'That the proposed Zoning Ordinance amendments regarding parking of large
� ; vehicles in residential districts be recommended for approval. The vote on the
;;;;;;�,;;;;;;; ;;,, ;; ; motion to approve the amendments was 9 in favor and none in opposition.
� ;; Representatives of Place Collegiate Properties Company appeared before the
Commission to discuss a proposed development at the northeast corner of Sprigg Street
< and Bertling Street. A formal application on this development will be prepared for the
Commission's consideration in July.
