� � The Planning and Zoning Commission met Wednesday, February 12,
"� '�;= 1998. By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or
� � recommend as follows:

� �; 1. That the request of Gibson Center, Inc. to rezone 1112 Linden Street
�j_� from R-4, Multiple Family Residential District, to G1, Local
� � Commercial District, and for a Special Use Permit for a 16 to 20 bed
. ��'`'`�.,,' Correctional Residential Facility for the State uf Missouri in an unused
� �, wing of the present facility be recommended for disapproval. The vote
'� �, �Q�, on the motion to approve the request was 3 in favor, and 6 in opposition
� �� with no abstentions.
� �
�"� 2. That the record plat of Golden Eagle Subdivision be approved.

'� Michael Miller, City Manager, addressed the Commission to extend the
�rri City's appreciation for the job they are doing as advisory board members. He
��'�'�� indicated to the members that the Planning and Zoning Commission is a very
important part of City government.
