� By majority vote, actual vote counted and in the file, we act and/or recommend

� 1. That the request of Mitch Shelby and Jeff Overbeck for a Special Use i
� �; Permit for seven self-storage units at 920 Perry Avenue in a C-1, Local �
� � Commercial District, be recommended for approval. The vote on the
� Q;; motion to approve the request was 4 in favor, 2 in opposition, and one
� abstention.

�� 2. The request of George Bockhorst, Sr., George Bockhorst, Jr., and Loy �
� W. Welker for a Special Use Permit for a 16 to 20 bed Correctional "
Residential facility for the State of Missouri to be operated by the Gibson i

Recovery Center, Inc. at 20 South Sprigg Street/625 Independence Street ;
�� in a C-3, Central Business District, was withdrawn from consideration by i
� the applicant on May 12, 1998. !
3. That the record plat of Sherwood Acres be approved. The vote on the �
motion to approve the plat and the variance was 7 in favor, and none in
opposition.
; ; 4. That the record plat of Melrose Place III be approved, and that a variance
to the sidewalk regulations be granted to not require sidewalks. The vote
