6. Amendments to the Rules of Procedure for the Planning and Zoning Commission
regarding conflict of interest were approved. The vote to approve the amendments was 7
in favor, and none in opposition.
Kent Bratton, City Planner, distributed copies of Resolution No. 1392, which was passed
by the City Council on August 3ra which referred to the Five-Year Transportation Improvement
Program for the City. The Commission discussed the possible extension of the tax and the need
to prepare a list of needs.
The Commissioners also reviewed a revised proposal from the Missouri Department of
Transportation regarding the location of Segment "T", which will connect to the new Highway 74
interchange.
