7. That the amended preliminary plat of Clarkton Place Subdivision Phase IV be approved.
The vote on the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and none in opposition.
8. That the request for an amendment to the Major Street Plan be scheduled for a public
hearing at the Commission's meeting on November 18`�. The vote to schedule the hearing
was 9 in favor and none in opposition.
9. That proposed amendments to the Floodplain Management Regulations be recommended
for approval. The vote on the motion to recommend approval of the revisions was 9 in
favor and none in opposition.
