made per staff's review. ?'h� va�e on the motion to approve the plat was 8 in iavor and
none in o�position.
8. That the right-of-way dedication plat tor Kell Farm Drive and Richmond Drive be
approved. The vote on the motion±� �pprove the plat was 7 in favor w�h 1 abstention.
9. That the �mendment to the Major S¢reet i'lan for the deletion ef the streets Stag Pointe
and Quail Run (west oT S��g Poirte) in t�e Clarkton Place Subdivisian from the Major
