6. That the record plat of Bailey's First Subdivision be approved subject to corrections
being made per staff's review. The vote on the motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor
and none in opposition.
7. That the record plat of Thomas Drive Subdivision be approved. The vote on the motion
to approve the plat was 9 in favor and none in opposition.
8. That the preliminary plat of Plaza Acres be approved subject to corrections being made
per staff's review, and with the stipulation that the driveways shown on the plat be
connected and a second exit onto Boulder Crest Drive be established. The vote on the
motion to approve the plat was 9 in favor and none in opposition.
9. That amendments to the Zoning Ordinance to provide for micro-breweries and "brew
pubs" in C-2 and C-3 zoning districts be tabled to the Commission's January meeting.
